BOBBY KIRBY – DEVELOPER/GC/BROKER

Over 30 years experience in the real estate and construction business in Middle Tennessee. Bobby has been active in both residential and commercial real estate development including new construction and redevelopment. Projects range across all asset classes including new construction, redevelopment, commercial retail, self-storage facilities, town homes, and apartment projects. Bobby was born and raised in McMinnville and remains an active member in the community.

JEWELL HALE – DEVELOPER/GC

Jewell is a general contractor with experience all across the country. Including 50 years experience in renovation work including HUD revitalization, DOD contractor, environmental abatement and revitalization. Along with multifamily, commercial, retail, and residential construction and development across Tennessee.

Jewell was born and raised in McMinnville and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.

LAKE KIRBY – DEVELOPER/PM

Lake is an active real estate professional proficient in overseeing aspects of commercial construction and development. He holds a dual masters degree in Structural Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has a blend of experience ranging from Civil and Structural engineering to commercial construction and property management.
